Naftogaz Ukrainy filed a lawsuit against Gazprom with the International Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris. The head of the Ukrainian company, Yuriy Vitrenko, explained that “Russians pay less for gas transit than is required under the contract.”
