Musk dismisses Twitter’s board of directors and takes sole charge of the company

New Twitter owner Elon Musk has dismissed the company’s board of directors, according to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He became the sole director of the firm. According to the businessman on his Twitter page, “this is temporary.”
Elon Musk closed the deal to buy Twitter on October 27th. The transaction amount is $44 billion. In a few days, Mr. Musk also managed to announce plans to restore accounts that were suspended for dubious or minor reasons and create a content moderation council, as well as his intention to review the account verification process in the service.
