The Moscow Exchange has lowered the upper maximum value of order price deviations for five low-liquid stocks with high price volatility. About it reported on the exchange website.
The risk parameter decreased from 40% to 10% for ordinary and preferred shares of Krasny Oktyabr, ordinary shares of Chelyabinsk Forging and Pressing Plant, Mostotrest, as well as from 100% to 10% for Belon ordinary shares.
From February 6 to 8, the share price of Krasny Oktyabr increased 2.5 times, Mostotrest – 2.7 times. The reasons for the abnormal growth of shares are unknown. Yesterday, February 8, Moscow Exchange applied to investors due to high volatility in a number of instruments of a number of shares and recommended making informed investment decisions and taking into account official information from issuers.
