As a result, according to the mayor, factories will be built in Moscow for the production of building and finishing materials, furniture, packaging, food, components for cars, electronics and equipment for caravanning. Sobyanin said that new enterprises will be created, including in Zelenograd, the districts of Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Novo-Peredelkino, Mitino and Vykhino-Zhulebino.

“Thanks to the 14th concluded agreement, woodworking production will appear in the Molzhaninovsky district,” the mayor added.

According to Sobyanin, entrepreneurs will invest about 20 billion rubles in production. Over 3,000 people will be able to work in factories, he said.

“Land for one ruble can get objects that are significant for the city. Their activities are aimed at increasing the number of jobs, developing infrastructure, and increasing investment in the capital’s economy. Preference is given to innovation centers, modern industries, high technologies,” the mayor of the capital reminded.

In March, the mayor of Moscow informedthat several large industries, including high-tech ones, will appear in the capital by the end of 2023. They will provide jobs for almost 3,500 people. Among the new enterprises is a robotic plant for the production of large-sized modules for the construction of houses.

New production facilities in the eastern part of the city will be built by the Cherkizovsky Meat Processing Plant. In the north of the capital, treatment facilities will appear, which are being built by the Lianozovsky Dairy Plant. An engineering center owned by ITELMA, an electronics developer and manufacturer, will open in the south of Moscow. And in TiNAO, the Invest Development company will complete the construction of an industrial park. In total, investors invested about 19 billion rubles in projects.
