Moscow City Hall put up for sale four transport hubs

Mosinzhproekt, controlled by the capital’s construction department, will hold an auction for the sale of a 99% stake in Schibrovo LLC, which, judging by the lot documentation, owns the rights to 9 hectares on the territory of the Mamyri transport interchange hub (TPU) between the village of the same name and the settlement Mosrentgen in new Moscow. Relevant information is published on the website of the investment portal of the city. The auction should take place in mid-February. It follows from the documentation that it will be possible to build 225,000 sq. m of real estate, of which 181,000 sq. m – housing. Representatives of Mosinzhproekt and the Moscow Department of Construction did not respond to Vedomosti’s requests.

Not all developers will be able to take part in the auction. The documentation says that when determining the winner, the experience of the applicant will be taken into account: the total volume of housing commissioned by the developer will have to be at least 250,000–300,000 sq. m. m, and the total revenue for three years is not less than 6 billion rubles. Under such criteria, according to information on the website of the Unified Register of Developers, in the Moscow region alone, there are several dozen developers, among which there are those who are actively involved in the construction of housing in the new Moscow – PIK, Granel, Samolet, A101 development” and so on. Representatives of the first three companies declined to comment, requests to A101 remained unanswered. Ricci|M&A partner Petr Vinogradov believes that not only Moscow developers can take part in the auction, but also regional players who have been actively entering Moscow lately.
