Moscow authorities put Mosmetrostroy up for auction for 75 million rubles – Kommersant

The Moscow Property Department put up for auction 100% of the shares of the Mosmetrostroy company, which is engaged in the construction of underground and above-ground infrastructure. The initial price of the lot was 75 million rubles. The auction is scheduled for April 16, applications will be accepted until April 4.
There will be bidding be carried out at Roseltorg. The lot placed on February 28 consists of 1.5 billion shares of the company, including ordinary and preferred shares, follows from the register “GIS Trades”.
The reasons for the sale of Mosmetrostroy are unknown.
In the fall of 2022, the Moscow authorities consolidated 100% of the shares of Mosmetrostroy. Before this, the city owned 51% of the shares. The structure of Metrostroy includes 20 divisions. In addition to the construction of the capital’s metro, subsidiaries build roads, interchanges and buildings. Metrostroy also has a plant for the production of reinforced concrete products.
