More than 100 Russian companies may lose their rights to supply fish to China

Russian fishing producers were warned about the risks of cancellation of permits for the supply of fish products to China. This will happen if they do not apply for registration of enterprises and vessels in the veterinary certification of China Customs Cifer by October 29, 2023. At the moment, 137 export entities have not submitted applications, the Federal State Budgetary Institution “National Center for the Safety of Aquatic and Aquaculture Products” reported on September 11 (NTSBRP, a subordinate agency of Rosselkhoznadzor, provides access to the Cifer system to Russian users).

The published list of “modification debtors” (as the NCBRP called the list of companies that have not started the procedure) included ships and enterprises that are part of the groups of large Russian fishing companies: Dobroflot, Antey, Fishery Collective Farm named after. V.I. Lenin.
