MKB shareholders decide not to pay dividends for 2022

Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Moscow Credit Bank (ICD) decided not to pay dividends for 2022, according to message bank in the corporate information disclosure center.

“Do not pay (do not declare) dividends to the bank’s shareholders based on the results of 2022. Do not distribute the profit based on the results of 2022 in the amount of 8.73 billion and leave it at the disposal of the bank,” the message says.

Net profit ICD based on the results of the first quarter of 2023 amounted to 13 billion rubles in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The bank’s statement for May 26 specified that the increase in net profit for the period was due to an increase in net interest and commission income.
