Messier Group failed to return two transport hubs in Moscow

On December 13 and 21, the Moscow Arbitration Court invalidated the decisions and orders of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), which actually instructed Messier Group to recognize the winner of the auction for the sale of transport hubs (TPU) “Ryazanskaya” and “Aminevskaya” Messier Group, follows from its decisions. Both auctions, organized by the Mosinzhproekt company owned by the Moscow City Hall, were held back in July this year.
Messier Group then submitted a single bid for the purchase of Ryazanskaya TPU, offering 95 million rubles for the lot. at a starting price of 84.5 million rubles. The node has the rights to a plot of 0.5 hectares on Ryazansky Prospekt, on which the city authorities allowed the construction of an office center on 58,353 sq. m.
