MegaFon has launched the sale of protective glasses, batteries and headphones under its own brand, Stellarway. In total, 12 categories of products for mobile electronics are presented, the company told RIA Novosti.
More than 100 products will be produced: protective glasses, batteries, wired and wireless headphones, adapters, audio and data cables, network and car chargers, wired headsets, wireless chargers for Apple Watch and MagSafe cases. MegaFon expects that by the end of 2024, sales of these products will account for half of all sales of accessories in the company.
As the agency clarifies, citing analysts, in the third quarter, sales of headphones at MegaFon and Yota doubled, external batteries increased by 93%, and wired chargers increased by 75%.
At the end of the first half of the year, MegaFon’s net revenue increased by 13%, to 209.89 billion rubles, net profit – by 133.9%, to 26.9 billion rubles. At the beginning of November, the company’s shareholders approved payment of dividends based on the results of nine months of 2023 in the amount of 16.13 rubles. per ordinary share
