Mechel Board of Directors recommends not paying dividends for 2022

The Board of Directors of Mechel PAO recommended the General Meeting of Shareholders not to pay dividends on all categories of shares, according to official website companies.
“Loss received based on the results of 2022 in the amount of 33 million 258 thousand 899 rubles. 89 kopecks, not to be repaid, left on the balance sheet of Mechel PAO. Dividends for all categories of shares of Mechel PAO shall not be declared or paid,” the recommendation of the Board of Directors states.
The annual meeting of PJSC shareholders in absentia will be held on June 30. The registration for participation will be closed on June 6.
On June 30, 2022, the general meeting of shareholders of Mechel decided not to pay dividends on ordinary and preferred shares for 2021.
