In May 2023, the court recovered 192.1 billion rubles from Mr. Khotin. and confiscated shares of a company owned by him in favor of the state. In December, the prosecutor’s office requested that he be sentenced to nine years and ten months in prison in a criminal case regarding the alleged embezzlement of 23.6 billion rubles. at Ugra Bank. At the beginning of January, the Federal Property Management Agency took control of part of the assets of Rus-Oil.
