People’s Artist of Russia Lyudmila Maksakova stumbled after a performance at the Yevgeny Vakhtangov Theater and was injured, the theater’s press service reported “RIA News”. She received the necessary medical care.
Theater director Kirill Krok said that Ms. Maksakova is at home, “everything is fine with her.” He noted in a conversation with TASSthat the actress was treated in hospital. “She’s in good health,” Mr. Krok said.
Lyudmila Maksakova is 83 years old. After graduating from the Boris Shchepkin Theater School, she was accepted into the Vakhtangov Theater in 1961. She still serves there today. She played in the films and TV series “Not Under Judgment” (1969), “The Bat” (1978), “Ten Little Indians” (1987), “Nomination” (2022) and others.
