Lime retailer to take over Nike flagship store

Fashion retailer Lime plans to open its store by the end of the year on the site of Nike’s flagship at Kuznetsky Most, 14, two sources among real estate consultants told Vedomosti. The Lime press office confirmed that they would be renting the store, adding that an exact opening date was not yet known.
The building at Kuznetsky Most, 14 was built in 1903 and has the status of a cultural heritage site. Its area is almost 3000 sq. m. From the mid-1940s. until 2002, it housed the All-Union House of Fashion Models, then the premium clothing store Podium concept store – until 2016. In early 2017, the largest Nike store in Central and Eastern Europe opened on this site (the largest store in the world , NikeTown, is located in London), occupying five floors out of seven. According to SPARK-Interfax, now the building belongs to Denir LLC, controlled by Raisa Demina.
