Leasing company Arenza-pro plans an IPO on the Moscow Exchange within two years

The Arenza-pro company, specializing in financial leasing of equipment for small businesses, may conduct an IPO on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) within 1-2 years, preparations are already underway. This was stated by the general director of the company Oleg Senkov.
“We are gradually preparing for this. It is clear that we are not ready yet, our company is a limited liability company, so it is impossible to do this now. But we think that an IPO on the Moscow Exchange could happen within 1-2 years and we are preparing for this,” Mr. Senkov said in an interview “Interfax”.
According to him, the company intends to raise equity capital through the stock exchange. In this regard, it is planned to reorganize and change the legal form of the company. Oleg Senkov clarified that the initiative to conduct a pre-IPO is being discussed with new investors.
Arenza-pro, founded in 2016, uses its own IT developments in its work. 71.9% of the company’s shares belong to Oleg Senkov, 25% – AFK Sistema (MOEX: AFKS). Arenza-pro became part of the investment company ecosystem in 2020.
