La Poste is accelerating in health. The public establishment buys the start-up Happytal in order to coordinate and streamline its service offer for hospitals and clinics. “With this acquisition, our objective is to strengthen our range of healthcare support services, anchored in the hospital and at home, for both healthcare professionals and patients”says Philippe Dorge, deputy general manager of the La Poste group in charge of the services, mail and parcels branch.

La Poste has set its sights on Happytal because of its expertise in the digitization of the hospital pathway and its experience in supporting patients (before, during and after hospitalization) as well as healthcare personnel. The start-up, which generates more than 20 million euros in turnover, is physically present in more than 130 hospitals, in particular via its concierge services (hairdressing, laundry, etc.).
