Kuchera supported Nagiyev after refusing to conduct a music award: “Handsome!”

TV presenter Oscar Kuchera in an interview with RTVI, he commented on the decision of his colleague Dmitry Nagiyev, who refused to host a popular music award despite the virtual absence of work on television since 2022.
Nagiyev previously said that he had received an offer to host an entertainment event for the music channel again – he had acted as its host more than once – but this time the offer seemed inappropriate. The actor expressed the hope that one day the time will come and “really the best musicians” will be awarded. “In the meantime, as my grandfather said: “Shish to you, and not the honey fair in Luzhniki,” Nagiyev added.
“Dima, well done, handsome! – declared Kuchera in an interview. – He slapped one of those people who, for sure, something to him, perhaps just as harshly, slapped him.
At the same time, Kuchera believes that Nagiyev’s refusal was dictated solely by personal considerations and was not connected with recent political events: “Many have linked this to what is happening in Ukraine now – I don’t think.”
