Three interlocutors of “Kommersant” said that the program of the Industrial Development Fund (FRP) “Autocomponents” was reduced to about 3 billion rubles. In 2023, according to the draft budget, 6.9 billion rubles were allocated for its financing, the newspaper notes. Now this budget has been adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Kommersant added that the department did not comment on this.
This program provides loans at 1% per annum for the creation of serial production of components and assemblies for wheeled vehicles and special equipment and an increase in the production of auto components. Kommersant, referring to the parameters of the program, notes that the amount of loans is from 100 million to 5 billion rubles. Last year, as the newspaper notes with reference to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, 14 loans worth 45.2 billion rubles were issued under the Autocomponents program.
