Head of the National Credit Ratings (NKR) Kirill Lukashuk appointed Deputy General Director of RBC. He will also take the position of chairman of the board of directors of the NKR (part of the RBC group of companies). Since 2019, Igor Trosnikov has been Deputy CEO of RBC.

Instead of Kirill Lukashuk, the NKR will be headed by Zorina Panchenko, who previously held the position of deputy general director of the agency. Previously, she was also responsible for the work of the legal and administrative blocks of the NKR. Now she will be engaged in ensuring the efficient operation of the NKR. The reasons for the reshuffle are unknown.

It is assumed that Kirill Lukashuk will oversee the content and production block of business events, as well as the development of the analytical business area. At the same time, he will continue to be responsible for the development of the NKR business, interaction with the financial market, as well as with the authorities. Mr. Lukashuk and Mrs. Panchenko have been working in the NKR since its foundation in 2019.
