Ural film director and documentary maker Kirill Kotelnikov died at the age of 59. This was reported by the press service of the rock group Chaif, for which he shot videos. The director also collaborated with the German band Bad Boys Blue.
“We are saddened by the death of our comrade Kirill Kotelnikov. Kirill is one of those bright people with whom you want to be friends, communicate and work. We had all this. Thank you, Kirill” celebrated in the group of the team in the social network “VKontakte”.
The musicians listed the clips that Kirill Kotelnikov worked on: “Where does the Motherland begin”, “Not advanced”, “Dream in a red chamber”, “All the Bond girls”, “Cardboard pier”. The cause of the director’s death was a severe long-term illness.
In addition to working with the Chaif group, Kirill Kotelnikov is known for his paintings about the history of the Sverdlovsk rock club, as well as for working with the German band Bad Boys Blue. The shooting of one of the clips of this group took place in the Yekaterinburg correctional colony IK-2.
