Kiloutou weaves its web abroad. The group specializing in the rental of construction equipment to professionals has just bought two competitors in Europe in quick succession, thus signing its 8e and 9e acquisitions since… 2021. For an undisclosed amount, Kiloutou acquired the Portuguese Grupo Vendap first, leader in its country with 40 million euros in turnover and 18% market share. He also took over Holbæk Lift, a small regional player in Denmark with around twenty employees, generating 6 million euros in turnover. Together, these two companies are valued at more than a hundred million euros.

Their takeover enabled Kiloutou to arrive in Portugal, offering itself a leading position from the outset, and to expand its network in Denmark.
