Kiev announced the delivery of Scythian gold to Ukraine

Scythian gold was delivered to Ukraine, the country’s customs service said. It is stated that the truck with exhibits has already entered the territory of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra, where specialists will identify it in the museum’s treasury.
The total weight of cultural property is 2694 kilograms.
Let us remind you that on November 22, information appeared that The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has agreed with the Amsterdam Museum about the return of “Scythian gold”.
The department also added that the Dutch museum refused to collect from the Ukrainian side the cost for storing exhibits for nine years.
In turn, the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cultural cooperation, Mikhail Shvydkoy, stated that if The Netherlands will transfer the valuables to Ukraine, then Russia will appeal to the international court.
