In the summer, the 78-year-old actress ended up in intensive care at the Botkin hospital after an unsuccessful fall from the stage. She sustained injuries to her ribs, ilium, and sternum. In recent months, Churikova has been at home, observing bed rest.
Previously, it was assumed that the actress will be able to recover for the performances, “Audience” at the Vakhtangov Theater, scheduled for October 20 and 21. But that did not happen.
Also, Churikova is involved in two performances of the Lenkom Theater – “The Lioness of Aquitaine” and “Salvation Lie”. They also look forward to the return of the prima to the line.
