In the Crimea announced the nationalization of about 700 objects of citizens of Ukraine

The property of a number of Ukrainian entrepreneurs and politicians in Crimea fell under nationalization, we are talking about about 700 objects, which, after evaluation, will be put up for auction, declared “RIA Novosti” head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.

According to Konstantinov, during the period of work of the anti-terrorist commission in Crimea, about 700 objects of movable and immovable property were nationalized: land plots, buildings and premises, construction in progress, warehouses, etc. Those who direct funds earned on the peninsula against Russian citizens and soldiers, “There are no principles and no sense of conscience,” he declared.

“But it is also important that the oligarchs who conduct their business in this way realize that they no longer have an economy on the territory of the former Ukraine, they have buried it. And here, in a developing, successful Russian region, they do not disdain to suck money. Now for them it is one of the few sources of income. But it has already been blocked for many, ”said Konstantinov.

The nationalized property will be put up for auction after the completion of the evaluation procedure, the timing has not yet been determined, since a significant amount of work needs to be done, he added. As a result, the property, according to the head of the Crimean parliament, will be transferred to “interested owners who will deal with it and develop it for the benefit of our country and our people.”

On October 18, 2022, the Crimean parliament adopted a law allowing the property of unfriendly foreign states and their citizens to be recognized as the property of the republic. We are talking about land plots and other objects of movable and immovable property that were owned as of February 24, 2022. At the end of October, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, ordered the nationalization of enterprises and individuals associated with the political leadership of Ukraine.

In February, Konstantinov announced the nationalization of the Crimean assets of a number of foreign businessmen and Ukrainian banks, including enterprises of entrepreneurs Rinat Akhmetov and Igor Kolomoisky, ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Ukrainian deputy Nestor Shufrich, Lithuanian businessman Kolas Igoris and others. Kamysh-Burun iron ore plant, assets of 12 Ukrainian banks, a refrigeration plant in Krasnoperekopsk, etc.

The head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, said that the proceeds from the sale of the nationalized property of Ukrainian businessmen in Crimea send for equipping the participants of the special operation.
