In the Belgorod region, as a result of a technical accident, the medical information system and services that ensure the work of the regional Ministry of Health and its subordinate organizations were out of order. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said that their work is planned to be restored by the end of tomorrow. According to him, a technical accident that disabled the Ministry of Health system occurred yesterday, December 19, at around 22:00 (the time coincides with Moscow time). Restoration work continued all night.

“Now the services of electronic personnel document management and automated emergency medical care system have been fully restored, and work on restoring the service for dispensing preferential medications is nearing completion. By the end of the day, we plan to restore the service of calling a doctor at home and making an appointment with a doctor in an automated mode, including using the electronic registry and State Services portals,” Mr. Gladkov wrote in his Telegram channel.

While the system is not working, you can call a doctor at home or make an appointment with a specialist in the Belgorod region by calling “122” or by calling the reception desk of a medical organization. The governor emphasized that all healthcare institutions continue to provide medical care as planned.

Minister of Health of the Belgorod Region Andrey Ikonnikov statedthat all system data is saved. Death and birth certificates are issued manually on paper with further data entry into the system. The official added that at the moment patients cannot receive preferential medications and the authorities are working to correct the situation.
