In Lyon, the Guillotière district caught between the security issue and political recovery

According to a judicial source, 490 foreigners were counted among the 836 suspects implicated in crimes of burglary and theft with violence, committed in the Lyon area, between January and August. Foreigners therefore represent nearly 59% of the alleged perpetrators of these offences. And, among them, more than 220 foreigners are in an irregular situation, which represents more than a quarter of the alleged perpetrators, according to these unpublished figures collected by The world.
