Businessman Igor Rotenberg sold his 23.5% stake in the RT-Invest Transport Systems (RTITS) company, the operator of the Platon toll system for heavy trucks traveling on federal highways. This is reported with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Interfax.
The buyer of Mr. Rotenberg’s share in RTITS was its general director Anton Zamkov. Thus, his share in the company increased to 31%. The main owner of the Platon operator remains RT-Invest JSC, controlled by Rostec, which owns 50%, another 19% belongs to the CEO of RT-Invest JSC Andrey Shipelov.
Igor Rotenberg became a co-owner of 50% in RTITS in 2015 and gradually reduced his share in the company in favor of Anton Zamkov. About his intention to completely sell his stake and exit the RTITS asset on December 15 reported RBC and Vedomosti.
