There are now about 30 such houses in the city, their age reaches four centuries. The share of such properties in the primary market of the elite segment is almost 45%, according to analysts from Metrium and Petrostil Invest.

Over five years, their number increased 2.5 times, that is, by 150%. At the beginning of 2019, only 12 luxury renovation projects were presented on the primary market. The weighted average cost per square meter in apartments and apartments in them exceeds 1.85 million rubles. This is almost 3% more expensive than the average cost per square meter in luxury houses under construction. And over five years, living space in high-budget reconstruction projects has become more expensive by more than 65%.

One of the most affordable options in the segment is a lot in Moscow luxury projects in Zamoskvorechye. This is a one-room apartment with an area of ​​49 sq. m, its cost is 53 million rubles. And one of the most expensive and spacious options is an individual residence with an area of ​​4.44 thousand square meters. m is offered in the Meshchansky district for 8.5 billion rubles.
