Henry Cavill announces return to Superman role

Actor Henry Cavill reached out to fans on his social media and announced his return to the role of Superman in films based on DC comics. The superhero actor noted that he wanted to delay the publication so that fans could watch the recently released Black Adam.
Now Cavill has decided to officially announce his return to the role of Superman. He added that his small cameo after the credits in the new film starring Dwayne Johnson is “just a small part of what should happen”, but the actor did not share the details.
The Brit has played Superman onscreen in Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as well as 2016’s Justice League and 2021’s Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Earlier it became known that work had begun on the script for the sequel to “Man of Steel”.
