HeadHunter shareholders approved re-registration from Cyprus to the Russian Federation - Kommersant

Shareholders of HeadHunter Group Plc voted for the redomiciliation of the company from Cyprus to the special administrative region of the Kaliningrad region. Against this background, the company’s depositary receipts on the Moscow Exchange are growing by 2.4%, as of 15:35.

The shareholders’ decision is stated in a press release HeadHunter. 20.9 million votes were cast for redomiciliation, 2.7 million were against, and 4 thousand voted for “abstained.”

At the final meeting of shareholders, five directors were also re-elected to the board. HeadHunter CEO Dmitry Sergienkov, who joined the board on March 4, was re-elected as executive director.

HeadHunter in 2023 initiated change of corporate structure. MKAO Headhunter, the new parent company of the group, was registered in the Kaliningrad region. As a result of the first stage of redomiciliation, the new structure received 72.7% of the share capital of the Cyprus Headhunter Group PLC.
