Half of the export of oil and petroleum products from the Russian Federation went to China, 40% to India

Most of Russia’s exports of oil and petroleum products went to China and India, said Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. Beijing’s share rose to about 45–50%, New Delhi’s share was about 40%.
“The main partners in the current situation are the PRC, whose share has grown to approximately 45–50%, and, of course, India. Previously, there were practically no supplies to India; over two years, the total share of supplies to India was about 40%,” Mr. Novak told Russia 24 (quoted from “Interfax”).
The share of supplies to Europe decreased by about 10 times. Previously it was 40–45%; in 2023 it will not exceed 4–5%.
Transneft President Nikolai Tokarev previously reportedthat the volume of oil supplies to China at the end of the year will be about 100 million tons, to India – 70 million tons. Egypt, Morocco, Myanmar and Pakistan have become new export destinations.
