Born September 10, 1971 in Moscow. In 1993 he graduated from MIIT with a degree in railway engineering. In 2004 – Stockholm School of Economics. He began his career in 1993 as an engineer at Sistema LLP, and in 1997 he headed Transcom CJSC. In 2000, he worked as the head of the department for sales of transport services at CJSC Russkiy Mir Company, in 2001–2003 he was deputy director for logistics at CJSC Yukos-RM, since 2003 he was the general director of CJSC Yukos-Transservice. In 2007, he was appointed first deputy, then general director of Transgarant Firm LLC. Since January 2008 — Managing Director, Member of the Board, Vice President for the Railway Division of FESCO Management Company. In 2011 he joined the boards of directors of TransContainer and CJSC Russkaya Troika, in 2012 he joined the Supervisory Board of VMTP, became vice president for the railway division, and first vice president of FESCO.
