George Martin: HBO Max reshuffle changed the future of the Game of Thrones franchise

George Martin, author of the Songs of Ice and Fire book series declaredthat the fate of the Game of Thrones franchise will undoubtedly be linked to the aftermath of the Warner Bros. merger. and Discovery. Numerous films and series have already begun to be removed from the HBO Max platform.
The House of the Dragon prequel has already been renewed for a second season, but there are still a few spin-offs to go. None of them have yet received a green light, but the writer does not lose hope for this.
