Gazprom recalled that at the end of August the company decided pay interim dividends. Then, according to the results of the first half of 2022, 1.2 trillion rubles were allocated for payment, which is a record amount for Gazprom and the entire Russian stock market, the company noted.
In accordance with its dividend policy, Gazprom pays out 50% of the company’s adjusted IFRS net income. According to reports published on May 23, Gazprom’s net profit under IFRS in 2022 decreased by 41.4% compared to 2021, to RUB 1.23 trillion, wrote “Vedomosti”.
