Gazprom placed local bonds worth €178 million – Kommersant

Gazprom Capital placed local bonds for €177.98 million as part of the exchange of the balance of Gazprom Eurobonds (MOEX: GAZP) due in November 2024. This was stated in a company statement on website corporate information disclosure center.
The share of replaced Eurobonds, taking into account the additional placement, amounted to 59.6%. The share of the actual placement of bonds from the total number of securities of the additional issue was 37%, from the total number of securities of the entire issue – 23.7%.
The coupon rate for this issue is 2.25%. The next coupon payment is scheduled for November 22. Initially, Eurobonds worth €750 million were in circulation; during the first round, the company replaced about 36% of the issue with local bonds.
