Gas deliveries flowing through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline from Russia to Germany fell to 13 million kilowatt-hours per hour (kWh/h) between 14:00 and 15:00 Moscow time. This was reported by Reuters with reference to the data of the gas pipeline operator Nord Stream AG.
Earlier today, on August 12, Russian gas supplies to Europe via the Nord Stream pipeline remained unchanged. This was reported Reuters with reference to Gascade operator data. Physical flows through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline from Russia to Germany amounted to 14.6 million kWh/h at 8:00–9:00 CET (10:00–11:00 Moscow time), which is similar to the previous 24 hours.
On July 27, Russia cut the pipeline’s capacity by up to 20%, citing maintenance work. The volume of gas supplied decreased after the shutdown of two gas pipeline turbines.
