Gas production in Russia (including associated petroleum gas, APG) has been increasing for the second month in a row after a long decline. This follows from Rosstat materials dated October 25. In September 2023, the country produced 47.6 billion cubic meters. m, which is 2.7% more than in the same month last year. Production volume in September remained almost at the August level. The symbolic decrease of 0.2% is explained by the fact that there are more calendar days in August. At the same time, the average daily production level in September is slightly higher: 1.59 billion cubic meters. versus 1.54 billion cubic meters. a month earlier.
APG production in September increased more intensively – by 8.7% to 8.6 billion cubic meters. m. Excluding APG, the growth was only 1.5%; 39 billion cubic meters were produced in the month. m.
