According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as of April 12, the owner of Sitras became the Trading Galleries company. The main owner of “Trading Galleries” through JSC “Kama Capital” and “UK Kama Capital” is Tagir Robertovch Shaimardanov, who worked in the law firm “Shaimardanov, Yalilov and Sabitov” (the current name is “Shaimardanov and Sabitov”, the managing partner is lawyer Robert Shaimardanov). The preliminary purchase and sale agreement was concluded in October 2023, and at the end of 2023 permission was received from the FAS. On March 25, the transaction was certified by a notary.

Kama Capital was registered last summer. Its owner is 23-year-old Tagir Shaimardanov, who owns the Outlet Central and Outlet North-West companies. According to RBC, structures have been created to purchase Hines outlets in Kotelniki near Moscow and on Pulkovskoye Highway in St. Petersburg.
