Freedom Finance, owned by Timur Turlov’s Freedom Holding, introduced a fee for opening cards for non-residents from October 7, 2022. The commission is deducted automatically when replenishing the card. The bank also removed the accrual of cashback and the preferential amount for receiving cash and transfers.
