On January 30, the Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings in the case in which F-Plus Equipment and Development LLC (the parent structure of the Fplus IT holding) tried to recover from the founder of Marvel Distribution (now part of Fplus) Sergei Girdin 2.16 billion rubles, co-defendants in the case were former top managers of Marvel Distribution Konstantin Shlyakhov and Alexey Simulin. The corresponding decision was published in the file of cases of the arbitration court.
“The parties submitted written requests to conclude a settlement agreement, and the text of the settlement agreement was presented,” the document says. Fplus representatives declined to comment.
Let us remind you that the F-Plus Equipment and Development company filed a lawsuit against Mr. Girdin in October last year. The reason for the proceedings, according to Kommersant’s sources, could be a contract concluded back in 2018 and involving the supply of equipment for the 2018 FIFA World Cup events.
