The investment company Dorossa Investments, created by the former CEO of O1 Properties and Metrika Investments Alexander Ostrovsky, plans to create a network of flexible iSpace offices in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Within three years, iSpace intends to build or manage 3,500 sq. m in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Vedomosti interlocutors say. According to them, the total investment in the opening of these sites will amount to $ 7-8 million. The first site for 953 square meters. m will open in March 2023 in the One Central business center located in the Dubai World Trade Center area. Ostrovsky, through a representative, said that the partnership with Multispace at the expense of IT solutions will allow “to provide a fundamental difference between iSpace flexible offices and all projects currently operating in the local market in this segment.”
