Forbes: Synergetic acquires 49% stake in natural products marketplace 4fresh

Synergetic, a manufacturer of household chemicals and cosmetics, has acquired a 49% stake in the natural cosmetics and food marketplace 4fresh. About it informed Forbes with reference to SPARK data.
It is specified that the company became a shareholder in the main legal entity of the 4Fresh LLC marketplace on December 1, 2022. Before that, 100% of the company’s shares belonged to its co-founder Anton Kozlov.
The companies declined to comment on this information. According to Mikhail Burmistrov, CEO of Infoline-Analytics, the asset could cost Synergetic 200 million rubles. According to other estimates, the cost of the transaction could range from 100 to 450 million rubles.
Synergetic produces environmentally friendly detergents for laundry, cleaning and dishwashing in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The company was founded in 2013 by Alexey Zyuzin, who had previously been engaged in the production of concrete. In 2020 Baring Vostok Foundation informedthat bought a minority stake in Synergetic, since then 19% of the parent company has been owned by the investment fund.
The 4fresh marketplace was founded in 2010. Initially, only natural cosmetics were sold there, later the assortment was replenished with food and household chemicals. According to the CEO of the Moneyplace marketplace analytics service, Dmitry Ermolaev, Synergetic needs this asset as a platform for selling products.
