The streaming management decided to bring some scenes in line with the new law banning LGBT propaganda and slightly re-voiced jokes that are too outrageous for today.

Valuable material, because the feeling that everything that happens can become the basis for a super-script of some hilarious comedy about times and manners does not leave. If only to gain a sense of humor in order to understand everything correctly.
Nostalgia for a happy life
At one time, Valeria Gai Germanika’s series “A Short Course in a Happy Life” looked like an incredible exotic. Never before has the pursuit of men, especially on federal air, looked so unprincipled and uncompromising. Now the series is back on the air as a late-night dessert, and we have to admit that it’s still a lot of fun to watch.
The premiere of “A Short Course in a Happy Life” took place in 2012, that is, at a time when television could and wanted to tickle the nerves of the townsfolk. Gaius Germanicus was a true expert in this matter. Her film “Everyone will die, but I will stay” went with a bang at European festivals, and the series “School” frightened several deputies to hysterics. Short Course is hardly a shock production, but every episode of the series left the feeling that you were peeping and eavesdropping.
More than ten years later, the adventures of four friends in search of happiness, or at least in the pursuit of sex that is pleasant to remember, are like an exciting nostalgic attraction. That’s because there were times. Blatant lack of ideas, emphasized selfishness, all signs of frivolous behavior and not a drop of condemnation for all of the above. Probably, all these are the customs of our well-fed thaw of the 2000s.
And you just can’t take your eyes off Khodchenkova. The actress herself, judging by the interview, has a very ambiguous attitude towards this series, but she probably understands well that roles that allow her to break away are rarely obtained. Then, of course, she will have The Spy Get Out with star Brits like Gary Oldman and Colin Firth, but there will also be labored melodramas and comedies, dressing up in police uniforms and routine pseudo-historical projects. Against this background, “A Short Course in a Happy Life” looks like youth hooliganism, which, by the way, is not at all ashamed of even years later.
