Film producer Alexander Malinkovich (among his projects are the films “Battalion”, “High Security Vacation”, etc.) received a 26% stake in the Artsellens research laboratory. The transaction took place on September 20, indicates SPARK-Interfax. Before this, Artsellens was owned by the pharmaceutical company Promomed owned by Peter Bely. As a result, the latter’s share was reduced to 49%: Marina Petrosyan received another 25% of the laboratory.
A representative of Promomed confirmed this information. According to the interlocutor, changes in the laboratory’s ownership structure will not affect the fate of the project. He declined to name the transaction amount. Taking into account the fact that the obligations of the new owners included further financing of the project, the transaction amount did not exceed 100 million rubles, calculated General Director of Infoline Analytics Mikhail Burmistrov.
