FESCO owns the Vladivostok sea trade port, the largest in Russia in terms of container turnover, which handled 768 thousand TEU in 2022. The group also owns the intermodal operator FESCO Integrated Transport, the operator of refrigerated containers Dalreftrans, the company Transgarant and FESCO Trans. FESCO manages terminal complexes in Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Tomsk and Vladivostok, a container fleet of over 170 thousand TEU, more than 11 thousand fitting platforms, the fleet includes 35 vessels that operate mainly on its own shipping lines.
At the end of 2022, net profit according to IFRS increased by 4%, to 39.4 billion rubles, revenue by 43%, to 162.6 billion rubles, EBITDA by 1.5 times, to 71.5 billion rubles. In the first half of the year, net profit increased 2.2 times, to 31.3 billion rubles, revenue – by 9%, to 91.7 billion rubles, EBITDA decreased by 7%, to 35.3 billion rubles. In January 2023, at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the group’s controlling stake of 92.4% was converted into state property, and on November 8 it was transferred to Rosatom.
