The work of the unified information system of the Federal Customs Service (FTS) has been partially restored, but work is still underway. Due to a failure at checkpoints, inspectors carry out customs operations using paper media, the press service of the Federal Customs Service said in Telegram channel.
The FCS emphasized that failures in the operation of the information system did not affect the crossing of the border by individuals.
Failures in the work of the information system of the customs authorities began on April 10. Due to malfunctions, in particular, suspended passage of goods over the bridge across the Amur Blagoveshchensk-Heihe.
