FAS allowed Savings Plus to buy the company that manages the Moscow shopping and entertainment center Afimall City

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has approved the application of Savings Plus LLC for the acquisition of Belgate Constructions Limited LLC. The latter manages the Afimall City shopping and entertainment center.
According to press office FAS, the acquirer manages the funds. The company MK Belgate Constructions Limited LLC carries out activities for the lease and management of non-residential real estate in Moscow (SEC “Afimall”).
“There are a significant number of organizations in the capital that carry out similar activities. Thus, according to the service, the transaction will not affect the state of competition in the rental market and the management of non-residential real estate in Moscow, ”the Federal Antimonopoly Service noted.
Savings Plus LLC specializes in trust management of pension savings, pension reserves of non-state pension funds and property of mutual investment funds.
