The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has approved the purchase by the largest outdoor advertising operator Russ Outdoor Group (83% owned by Stinn LLC) of Gallery, which is the second largest operator. About it reported in the press service of the FAS.
“The FAS Russia considered the application for the acquisition of 100% of the authorized capital of OOO Media-1 Outdoor by OOO Stinn and approved it,” the statement said.
That Russ Outdoor filed a petition with the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Vedomosti wrote June 23rd. According to Vedomosti sources, Maer, the third largest outdoor advertising operator, also applied for the purchase of Gallery.
