Far Eastern mortgage extended until 2030

The government will allocate about 70 billion rubles for the implementation of the Far Eastern mortgage program (loan rate of 2%) in 2023–2025, of which 20 billion in 2023. The program itself has been extended by order of the President until 2030.
As Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin noted, over 55,000 loans have been issued over the three years of the program. In addition to young families under 35, single parents raising a child under the age of 18, participants in the Far Eastern Hectare program and regional labor mobility programs, medical workers and teachers can use the program if they have worked for at least five years in the Far East .
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced extension of the mortgage program until 2030 September 7th. According to him, with the help of the Far East mortgage, more than 48 thousand families were able to purchase new housing at a rate of 2%. Earlier, Aleksey Chekunkov, head of the Russian Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, asked the head of state to extend the program, explaining this, among other things, by the interest of developers.
