Evraz, PFR and five integrators filed a lawsuit against Dell

The metallurgical and mining company Evraz has filed a lawsuit against the American corporation Dell, which is leaving the Russian market, according to the file of arbitration cases (CAD). Claim for 15.6 million rubles. submitted to the Russian “daughter” Dell LLC “Dell” in the Moscow Arbitration Court.

This is the sixth lawsuit filed against Dell LLC since the spring of 2022. Four lawsuits were filed by integrators – Talmer, DCLogic, ITCost and Croc Incorporated. Another integrator, Treolan, filed two applications in which he asked to freeze Dell accounts in Russia as part of preliminary interim measures, follows from the CAD. Also, a claim from the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR) is being considered in a simplified mode. Unlike other claims, it is not related to contracts, but to the failure to provide “in due time the information necessary for the implementation of individual (personalized) accounting in the mandatory pension insurance system in the form of SZV-M for October 2021,” follows from the documents in file cabinet.
